Your exact location (km marker if on motorway), vehicle make/model/registration, and a brief description of the problem.

Are your technicians certified?

Do you offer annual membership plans?

Yes, we offer S, M, and L membership tiers with different coverage levels and response priorities.

What happens if my vehicle cannot be repaired on-site?

We arrange a courtesy vehicle or alternative transport while your car is being repaired.

Is my data stored after the service call?

Only the minimum data required for invoicing is retained, in compliance with Austrian data protection law.
